CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER

How do I redeem a Creative Kids voucher at Packed full of learning?
Provide the child's full name (as displayed on the voucher), the 16-digit Creative Kids Voucher number, and  the date of birth of each child in the notes section of your cart. 

GENERAL - ACTIVITY BOXES

What age range are the Activity Boxes designed for?
Our activity boxes are designed for children between the ages of 3 to 6 years.

Can my child complete the activities by themselves?
Children develop at different rates and adult support and guidance will be needed for children to get the most out of the activities. Please be aware that all activities must be supervised by an adult for safety.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?
You may only use one discount code per order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When will my subscription be posted to me?
Your order will be dispatched within five business days after you sign up. Your remaining activity boxes will each be sent 4 weeks apart. 

What box will I receive with my first subscription order?
Your activity box will be randomly selected unless you select a specific box when ordering. If you need any assistance please email support@packedfulloflearning.com.au or use the contact us form.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

How much does postage and handling cost?
1-4 craft boxes - $9.95
5-8 craft boxes - $19.90
Postage for prepaid subscriptions need to be paid in advance. 

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry at this stage we only ship within Australia

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders within 5 business days (non-subscription orders). For orders containing a subscription your first order will be dispatched within 5 business days and your remaining activity boxes will each be sent 4 weeks apart. 

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will usually take between 2-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. Your order will be dispatched from NSW.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please place your order carefully.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, breaches a consumer guarantee or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you will need to contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
